Job Description:

We are looking for VP – Domestic Sales who will be responsible for overseeing all aspect of
our domestic sales operations for ROPP & Crown Cap, including developing and
implementing strategies to increase revenue, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring
that everyone in the sales team is working toward common goals.
Designation: Vice President – Domestic Sales
1. Strategic Sales Activities
? Position us as the 1st choice vendor for our clients
? Maintain relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and identify new
opportunities
? Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability in the domestic
markets
? Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential clients
? Establish pricing structures, terms of payment and other contractual obligations with
clients
? Set sales promotion activities and monitors & modifies marketing campaigns
? Study existing and potential needs of clients
? Build healthy and profitable long term relationships with clients

2. Sales Data Management
? Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
? Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
? Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company
leadership team and other functions

3. Team Management
? Manage the sales team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
? Build and develop the domestic sales team
? Create a successful culture of ongoing business and goal achievement

Qualifications & Experience
? Any bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in
leadership position . B2B sales experience is mandatory
? Have showcased success metrics in previous role . Proven track record of managing
successful partnerships - relationships to generate and close a pipeline of new business
opportunities
? Experience in sales of packaging products (glass bottles, PET bottles, labels, carton
boxes, etc) would be preferred
? Experience in Alcobev industry will be an added advantage
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, professional networking skills,
stakeholder management, and account management capabilities
? Proven experience in building excellent client relationships, offering value-added,
insightful and strategic insight into business
