Plant Manager for Vasai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager who will supervise, organise, control and lead the
safe execution of all production activities and ensure the achievement of production and quality targets
in accordance with plans.

Primary Responsibilities
? Ensure all plant activities are carried on and completed seamlessly
? Ensure adherence to Daily Dispatch Target
? Investigate and resolve manufacturing related problems and sub-standard performance
? Ensure production plans are completed on time
? Ensure all repair issues are resolved within timelines
? Evaluate condition of production equipment take corrective action where necessary
? Compile and analyse production records
? Adhere to Organization operation policies & guidelines
? Managing customer visits at plant
? Overseeing the accounts function – Documentation, taxation, data management in Tally
? Help manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning,
monitoring, and evaluating job results
? Enforce company policies and guidelines
? Create and maintains professional schedules for workers

Qualifications & Experience
? Any bachelor’s degree with 10 - 15 years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience as

Plant Manager is needed.
? Team player with an ability to collaborate with employees to deliver
? Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
? Excellent organizational and leadership skills

? Resourceful, energetic and driven
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
