E-commerce Manager:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: Post Graduate (Marketing)
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Basic Software Knowledge: PPT, Excel, Adobe
- Basic Platforms knowledge: Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading the e-commerce team
2. Handling all the portals like Flipkart, Amazon, JioMart Shopify and others
3. Processing orders, managing returns, and refunds, payment reconciliation
4. Planning and maintaining Warehouse Inventory
5. Budgeting and developing Ad campaigns. Using analytics deriving higher ROI driven campaigns
6. Coordinating with various Account managers and ad managers from Flipkart Amazon, etc.
7. Developing new growth strategies
8. Managing Warehouse and packaging material
9. Developing new strategies for launching new products on different portals
10.Working on new ideas for catalogue, campaigns, etc.
11.Handling customer care queries of website, amazon, etc
