1. Plan, organise, direct and run day to day operation.
2.Increase production,asset capacity and flixibility while minimise cost and mentaining quality standarted
3.responsible for production output, product quality and on time shiping
4. allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal result
5.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiativesand provide a clear sence of direction and focus.
6.Monitor operation and trigger corrective action.
7.share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit,manage and develop plant staff
8.collect and analyze the data to find places of waste and overtime
9. Commit to plant safety procedure
