Manager Export Sales for Mumbai

Job Description:

You will build and maintain relationships with key decision maker.
1. Strategic Sales Activities
? Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability in international market
? Identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients
? Sets sales promotion activities and monitors & modifies marketing campaigns
? Implement annual sales targets
? Devise new strategies and techniques for achieving the sales targets
? Study existing and potential needs of clients
? Build healthy and profitable long term relationships with clients

2. Sales Conversion
? Visit clients to discuss product/services and how it will meet their requirements
? Negotiate and close deals
? Generate repeat-business from clients

3. Sales Data Management
? Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback to other teams
? Provide timely and detailed sales reports & sales forecasting data to management
? Collate information and  data related to client and prospect interactions

4. Qualifications & Experience
? Any bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience. Previous experience in selling in
international market is preferred
? B2B sales experience needed
? Experience in sales of packaging products (glass bottles, PET bottles, labels, carton boxes, etc)
would be preferred
? Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
? Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skill
? Highly customer centric and with a proven ability to gauge present & future needs of clients
? Friendly and engaging personality
? Resourceful, energetic and driven
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
