IT Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer- Navi Mumbai(Belapur)
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of IT Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai(Belapur) location.
Education : UG / Graduate, ITI, Diploma, IT /Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software ? Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
- Responding to general IT requests and Preparation of monthly reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues. IT /Support Engineer
Requirements:
- Verbal and Written
- Communication Skills: Must read, write and speak the English language fluently.
- Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
