Executive - Internal Audit
Job Description:
Location – Pune (camp)
Qualification – B.Com./M.Com./ICWA/CA drop out
Reporting to – Manager – Internal Audit
Candidate should be ready to travel PAN India for Audit purpose.
Male candidate preferred.
Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual audit plan. |
|
2. Conduct audit to ensuring full compliance with the Internal Control Procedures of the company. |
|
3. Prepare and present audit findings & recommendations while providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures in line with International Standards/ organizations policies and procedures. |
|
4. To provide timely and accurate information to the management on internal audits and to check evidences certifying adherence to the laid down policies and procedures. |
|
5. Reviewing and reporting on statutory compliance. |
|
6. Giving cost saving suggestions & revenue leakage resolutions to the Manager. |
|
7. Conduct special audits/ assignments at the direction of Top Management. |
|
8. To conduct physical verification of cash, stocks, fixed assets, documents etc. |
|
9. To prepare monthly MIS for review. |
Knowledge & Skills required
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT etc.
- Knowledge of various laws applicable to factories.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Good presentation and audit report writing skills is must.
- Good experience in operational/ Factory audits/HR Audits/Sales Audit/Purchase Audit/Stock Audit
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Delivery focus with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
