  • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Business Partner who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders at various levels to deliver business results.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business and HR acumen, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems, negotiate effectively, be data driven and provide expert consulting services to the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be driven by a sense of purpose and be highly resourceful, with a keen ability to adapt to changing circumstances and find innovative solutions. They will be able to question the status quo even in the face of opposition or unfamiliar situations, and they will have the courage to speak up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with business to develop and implement a 'Talent strategy' for the respective business unit that fosters a high-performance culture and mindset. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights that inform Business strategy and decision-making.
  • Support, develop, and coach managers to be effective people managers, manage employee performance, development, and employee relations conversation. Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to inform HR strategy and program design.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes. Work with teams to ensure the BU has the optimal organization design. Identify and nurture critical talent and make sure they are given experiences that promote development and retention.
  • Collaborate in delivering programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, behaviors and performance. Anchor the business unit's employee engagement efforts by outlining key drivers of engagement Manage and resolve ER issues through efficient and objective investigation processes
  • Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and policies. Collaborate with various COEs, including HR programs, HR Ops, People Analytics, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, talent and leadership development programs, and internal communications, among others to deliver value to the BU
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR impacts business outcomes
    • Experience in managing complex HR projects.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Understanding of OD/OE concepts and practices
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • 10-12 yrs of relevant industry experience
