- Travelling to client’s location to solve the software and electrical related issues.
- He will be responsible for installations of GYM equipment’s.
- Attend Complain Calls.
- Attending Customers.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls.
- Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
- Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
- Build positive relationship with customers.
- Need to follow up with customers for AMC/ Spares
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Education desire – ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
- Should know to read and write regional language.
- English Communication: Good
