Job Description:

Designation: Head South Karnataka – Channel Sales for TMT
Role holder will report to the Director and will work closely with senior leadership team to plan and
implement strategic initiatives in the area of responsibility.
Job Location: Southern Karnataka / Karnataka
Experience: Min 10 - 12 years
Qualification: BE/B Tech or any graduate and MBA preferred
Role and Responsibilities:
• Establish new market & strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region with a
long term vision.
• Develop sales plan and budget to achieve and exceed the annual sales objectives for the
organization.
• Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.
• Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
• Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data and perform periodical forecasting and
reporting.
• Manage, train, and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.
Required Experience:
• TMT sales leadership experience of minimum 10 - 12 years in Karnataka
• Must have experience of trade sales and marketing for TMT Rebars
