Job Description:
Handling enquiries, Explaining course and industry information, convincing
candidate for registration, completing the registration process,
2. Handling candidate grievances and queries
3. Responsible for payment collectables and receipt making
4. Working towards Batch target, monthly target and revenue target
5. Ability to do Sales and after Sales supports through remote operation
6. Daily update on lead management in CRM (Zoho)
7. Building rapport with Alumni's for referrals, Course completion and placements
8. Taking ownership and responsibilities in absence of TL
9. Timely reports
