Job Description:

The Sr. Manager-L&D is responsible for assessing organization development needs,
recommending appropriate solutions, and partnering with business leaders to implement the
chosen solution effectively to achieve desired business results. The successful candidate will have
experience designing, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of OD programs (performance
management, team building, engagement, change management) and can serve as a subject
matter expert in related areas. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to effectively
build relationships with all levels and functions across the organization to provide targeted,
practical solutions to business challenges and in support of organizational strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
? Analyze learning needs to develop new training programs or modify/improve existing
training programs
? Communicates with executive team and managers to determine and deliver training
priorities
? Designs and implements highly effective, results-driven training and development
strategies
? Enhances organizational performance with learning and development activities
? Strategically aligns learning and development programs with the organization’s
objectives and employee’s personal goals and growth
? Direct orientation sessions for new hires
? Plan learning and staff development programs using knowledge of effectiveness methods
such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, role play, self-study,
meetings, conferences, and workshops
? Research and select outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific
topics
Design the SOP's at Corporate and club level.

Designing the KRA's and performance Matrix
Leadership Development
? Design, develop and facilitate executive leadership development curriculum
? Engage in coaching relationships with senior management and team managers
? Lead leader onboarding and targeted orientation initiatives
? Provide strategy for leadership development initiatives
Engagement/ upskilling at both corporate and club level
? Create tools, training materials and resources to help business leaders successfully action
plan on survey results
? With managers, identify and address issues and solutions related to employee
engagement
? Identifying issues with moral and culture
? Consult with senior management and leaders on team development, including off-sites,
team building and team bonding activities
Education Qualifications
? BSc or BA degree in Business? Psychology or other related area.
? Master’s degree in Behavioral science or MBA in Human Resources, or any related area
? Certified in L&D skills such as CPLP, TTT, NLP.
