Accounts Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Handling entire gamut of Accounting activity as per SOP - Checking, Verification, recording of Transactions, Payments, Collections in the ERP system on timely basis.
Actively participate for self-development and the development of team. Assist and support the team for the timely compliances of all accounts related activities
Involved and participate actively with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Assessment Authorities for Audits and Assessment compliance.
Handling Statutory Compliances of a Private Limited Company - Income Tax- TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, Company’s Act compliances, Assessment of Taxes etc with the help of consultants
Filing of GST Return - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation of GSTR-2A from the portal with Book of Accounts and if mismatch that follow ups with purchase department and suppliers.
Actively participate in preparation of MIS Reports and timely submission to the Management. Dealing with Banks and Banking official authorities.
Qualification : B.com / M. Com / MBA - Finance
Experience: 8+ years of experience
Male/Female
Key skills : Knowledge of working in Tally ERP and SAP
Knowledge of MS Office- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PP
Other Information
9 hours Shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
Weekly Off on Sunday
