What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?
• Need to travel to all locations to conduct HR audits on timely basis.
• To ensure all the processes are followed
• To Co-ordinate with regional teams and collect data required for the HR audits
• To complete the HR audits on timely basis
• Audit closure meeting with respective regions post completing the audits
• Implementation in the audits/parameters on whenever required
• Finding discrepancies in the process and arriving at a resolution
• Identifying the lagging audit areas and ensuring improvement
• Improving HR processes and ensuring good audit scores

Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience in conducting Audits and MIS
• Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also
being team oriented
• Good follow-up skills, the ability to understand, adaptability to process changes, and a
strong sense of importance and ownership
• Good in numbers (Mathematics)
• Good in Excel
• Good in communication skills
• Should be willing to travel to all locations across Pan India to conduct Audits on quarterly
basis.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Qualification: Graduate (Preferably from B.Tech background)
