Responsibilities:
• Be an effective member of the IMEA Management team, International Finance Leadership and Pricing Committee
• Collaborating across departments and deliver decision making by influencing towards consensus
• Participating in strategic conversations, probe and nudge conversation impacting the success of a sustainable, efficient, and profitable business
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for all the team members and review the same periodically
