Hiring for Hardware Engineer!!!

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end hardware development. From prototype to mass production.
2. Design & specify PCB layout, schematics for electrical, mechanical, and optical hardware
components for lightweight wearable AR/VR products and prototypes.
3. Work closely with Executive leadership to develop and deliver a Hardware/Devices strategy to
meet consumer needs.
4. Collaborate with software developers and industrial designers to select and ensure that the
hardware components function for their intended use cases.
5. Oversee the manufacturing process of hardware components and ensure the quality is in check.
6. Strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development
initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all
Hardware products.
7. Provide direction and guidance to cross-functional teams with the goal of delivering a superior
consumer product experience.
8. Data-driven decision-making: Gather insights to inform product decisions wherever possible.
When insights aren’t readily available, develop new methods and tools to attain them.
9. Markets & customers: Understand and drive the value our product brings to our diverse customer
base in the marketplace.
10.Product strategy: Owning a comprehensive product strategy for achieving Augrade’s vision and
operating plan.
11.Optimize BOM, overall price involved and the hardware of the device.
