We have an Opening for Associate Digital Marketing for Leading MNC Pharma Company based at BKC

 

Position - Associate Digital Marketing

 

Location - BKC

 

Working days -5 days

 

Time -9 hrs

 

The role involves straddling responsibilities as a Digital Insights Mining and Digital Marketing for select brands/therapy areas.

 

For Digital Insights Mining, the incumbent would have to master the SML tool as well as Search data analysis on priority and become a subject matter expert.

  • Undertake analyses across brands and therapy areas using the Brandwatch SML tool; be comfortable in studying patterns and trends related to conversational data and arrive at accurate inferences and insights.
  • Proactively scan 30+ therapy area dashboards to identify need gaps and opportunities for medico-marketing interventions.
  • Analyze and monitor real-time sentiments and cascade alerts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support brand teams with search and social listening insights during brand planning exercises to help them arrive at/validate marketing hypotheses.
  • Triage the SML data with Search Insights, Sales, and Prescription Data to come up with business solutions.
  • Maintain constant curiosity for what the social listening data means and where it fits into the business.

 

For Digital Marketing, the incumbent would be required to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all channels for doctors and consumers.

 

Digital initiatives include in-clinic digital communication through iPad and mobile apps, websites strategy and design, social media, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, influencer campaigns and content development, publishing and optimization.

 

Job description:

 

  • Work closely with Brand Teams to plan, develop, and execute insight-driven marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives. Evangelize digital solutions that are deeply integrated with the brand/therapy’s strategic objectives.

 

  • Monitor, track and report results of performance of digital marketing initiatives along with competitor benchmarking. Study social media trends and come up with innovative solutions to make strategic recommendations to the brand teams.
  • Manage third-party digital agencies/health-tech partners by providing directions in the development of our Digital Marketing Strategy as well as collaborating with the concerned agencies in the execution of related specific programs.

 

  • Work with agency partners to plan, buy and optimize media to acquire customers via relevant digital channels, like Social, SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates and Email
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM programs, integrating people, processes and technology, affecting different cross-functional teams (Brand, Medical, Legal, and Sales)

 

  • Drive digital innovation by building use cases for first-to-market digital initiatives that can be scaled up in the future

 

  • Build capabilities & knowledge of the Brand teams in Digital Marketing & Social Media
