Job description:
Responsible for handling whole HR Generalist activities from manufacturing company
Exp in recruitment within timeframe for Automoible / Manufacturing Industry.
Exp in payroll / salary processing within timeframe.
Exp in Training and development activities, Joining & Exit formalities and Full & final settlement for employee.
Exp in statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, MLWF, Gratuity, etc..
Exp in Performance management / appraisal, Disciplinary actions.
Employee engagement & good in handling employee grievances.
Exp in handling facility management activities like Canteen, Transport, Securities, Infrastructure maintenance, etc,
Exp in Contract management & Audits.
Should be aware about SAP / ERP System.
