HR Trainee/Executive
Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
? Closely work with the HR Manager and contribute in day to day HR operations and
duties.
? Work with various departments for recruitment requests and preparation of JDs.
? Screen resumes according to the company’s requirements.
? Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
? Update internal database with new employee information and employment forms.
? Conduct orientation of new employees.
? Coordinate for background verification.
? Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
? Assist in preparation of HR-related reports.
? Review and distribute company policies in digital formats.
WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT:
? Graduate/Post Graduate in HRM or MBA/PGDBM (HR).
? Work Experience of 0 – 2 years.
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
? Experience working with MS Office especially Excel, Word and PPT.
? Good understanding of HR processes.
? Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
DATE OF JOINING: Immediate
LOCATION: Remote working
WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday (10am-7pm)
