About the role:
- Training Agile teams on requisite Modern Development frameworks (Scrum/ Kanban/XP)
- Implementing one or more scaled Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum@scale, Less, SAFe, Spotify, DAD )
- Helping the business in ideating and creating prioritized product backlogs using Product Management Practices
- Coaching Agile teams and requisite business IT and Business partners (Product Managers, Value Stream Owners) on transparency, empowerment, ethics, self-organization and responsive action
- Guiding the team to improve their productivity by using the right metrics to manage and measure
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile team
- Driving metrics usage with the client for data driven decisions around development progress and shifting metrics to KPIs with a focus on business value.

· Facilitation – the art of conducting workshops, retrospectives, assessments, and building relationships between multiple partners and team members · Training – Ability to create and delivery training sessions · Coaching and Mentoring - Ability to coach and mentor both internal and client stakeholders on applying different agile techniques and lean practices.

· Techniques to include: Conflict management, story mapping, estimation, Prioritization, Retrospective · Informed on TDD, ATDD, BDD, CICD, Modern Engineering Practices · Multiple technology platforms i.e. transitioning diverse technology teams (JAVA/PHP/AI-ML/Data Warehouse/Web Services/Cloud) · Experience with Center of Excellence and Communities of Practice governance and operating mode

· Graduate in Eng. or Equivalent. · having worked in global IT / consulting / product companies having built products and solutions, familiar with ML & Ai, has global work experience, creative and innovative
|
· 7 - 13 years experience with at least 2+ years in Scrum /Agile Projects or Product development work for Scrum Master · Demonstrated ability and experience implementing canned Scaled Frameworks, or ability to adapt them to create a hybrid that is relevant to each client situation · Agile Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SA, and TKP is preferred.
