• Minimum 5 years of experience in as an operator/ mechanical engineer of a manufacturing plant (preferably food and beverage industry)

• Should be aware of how to work with steam, thermofluid, water, electrical panels, ETP, STP, etc.
• Machinery used are kettles, sterilisation retort, blast freezer, IQF, cold rooms, etc.
• Handling and operating electrical panels for the machinery
