Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2
years in the field, adept at navigating platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing
websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the tech industry,
including emerging technologies, and possess exceptional communication skills in
English. This role involves direct interaction with international clients and multiple
teams, making it crucial for the candidate to have experience in requirement gathering,
bidding, cold emailing, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships on platforms such
as Upwork and Fiverr.
● Engage in requirement gathering and work estimation to prepare detailed
proposals for clients.
● Conduct cold emailing and other outreach strategies to acquire international
clients.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, clients, the CEO, and other key
stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
● Manage the entire sales process from pre-sales to post-sales, including project
delivery.
● Ensure effective communication and negotiation to maintain long-term
relationships with clients.
● Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and
projects are delivered on time.
Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably
in a tech-focused environment.
● Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong understanding of the tech industry and familiarity with new and emerging
technologies.
● Proven track record of successfully handling international clients and working
with multiple teams.
● Experience in bidding, cold emailing, and negotiating with clients.
● Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across various levels of an
organization.
