Area Sales Manager
Experience: - 3 -6 Years.
Position: - Area Sales Manager
Mode of hiring: - Permanent position
Compensation: - 7 Lacs Per Annum
Task to Perform:-
- Review distributor wise sales against the target on a monthly basis.
- Ensure productivity of SO/ASE
- Ensuring new dealer appointment in weak areas
- Month wise Monitoring of PGA achievement against the target
- Generating new system for monitoring and ensuring distributor wise minimum inventory
- Identify new avenues in the territory supervised service them either through to distributors or direct appointment
- Generate Business for organization through various avenues
- Develop Business plan for long-term sales generating business
- Identify the resource needed to achieve targets
- Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and monitor them for improving overall efficiency
- Review structure on a monthly basis to implement corrective action plan
Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- Ability to coach and develop associates in consultative sales tactics
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Skills:-
- Experience in channel sales, Team Handling, ROI.
- Business Acumen, Effective Planning, Customer Focus , Leveraging Human Potential, Strategic Business Orientation
