Job Description:

Role: HR Executive

Experience :  2- 3 years

Previous Industry Experience:Information Technology (Software)

Education

1. Candidate with HR specialization will be preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

1.  Good communication and interpersonal  skills.
2.  Recruitment skills are must. Must have prior recruitment experience of 2 year minimum.

Daily job duties of human resources specialists include:

1. Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring of the suitable candidate.
2. The person is responsible for in-house recruitment.
3. End to end recruitment profile which includes sourcing, screening, shortlisting, lining up, joining follow up, etc.
4. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
5. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
6. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
7. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
8. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
9. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
10. Handle in annual appraisals
11. Conducting cultural activities in organisation

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 PA. Best in the Industry / Negotiable
