Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Recruitment | 5-7 Yrs| Bangalore

Job Description:

• The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Hiring role in a corporate environment
• Responsible for end to end recruitment for both tech and non-tech hiring needs of the organization
• Have a focused approach on process improvements for recruiting, thereby reducing agency dependency, ageing of requisitions, improving candidate experience.
• Building Collaborative Partnership with Stakeholders, Stakeholder Management
• Hiring strategy, recruitment planning and developing recruiting capabilities
• Maintenance of cohesive process, tools, systems and training necessary to support the recruiting function
• Publishing organizations requisition on various job boards
• Sourcing, Screening, Validating, Interviewing and Assessment of right candidates
• Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback and negotiate for closures
• Gather and consolidate candidate feedback from interview team members for hiring decision
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of position
