KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Maintenance activities of hydraulics/ Robotics/electric & Mechatronic  Maintenance of injection molding machine & SPM machine Execution of PM & PDM as per schedule, Analysis of breakdowns Execution of TPM &PM pillar Activities Energy saving project Attending major breakdown maintenance Utility includes transformer, HT/LT switchgear, Air Compressor, DG set, pump house Head over crane, chiller, cooling tower, lux measurement. Firefighting system, R.o plant Handling documentation of executive & planned maintenance Execution of TBM CBM as per schedule  Study of detoriotive components Applications of kaizen Troubleshooting and attending breakdown maintenance  Housekeeping maintenance related to department modification and spare management Implementing ISO/TS16949, 5’s and FORMELQ To improve machine uptime (MTBF) To improve machine repairs time (MTTR) Maintained machine history card To handle electrical supply system I.e.HT &Lt side  Maintenance of hydraulic system/ pneumatic system/ to develop ladder logic of PLC, AC, DC & Servo Drive Keeping spare in ready operational condition and maintenance of utility equipment Preparing Machine Check List: sm 450t, sm 350, Magna150t, Magna 200t, htw90, htw60 & FOR 50TH machine Capable of handling electromechanical device Is. robot, chiller, ultrasonic welding m/c Presentation of monthly PRM Taking outside service appointment & spare management Recording Daily Activity Report for Meter Reading (main transformer, all panel) &Organize receivable &commercial Documents against invoice Managing maintenance of machine control panel, assembly line, plant lighting, street lighting, & all electrical work in plant as well as of communication buses RS232, RS485, DH485&Modbus Working on welding machine, grinding machine, oil filter machine water chiller, rivet gun, hydraulic pneumatic machine, DG set, exhausts fan & dehumidifier, injection model and plastic mold Job Location : Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad For more details call on 9765567506

Planning & Implementation of PM, B/D activity of plant machines (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Preparation of TBM/CBM  plans for Critical/key equipments To solve the breakdown problem of all Co2 welding, Robots (Fanuc &Panasonic make) machines, fine boring machines, SPM, Over head conveyors, Utility and other plant equipments.  Reviewing the requirement of critical and consumable maint. spares. Reviewing of DWM in department. Calibration of all types of pneumatic equipments. To keep record of test certification of material handling equipments and compressor receivers.  Implementation of 5-S & TPM activities. Proper utilization of man resource as per skill level. Monthly maintenance CRM reporting to management. Design and Development of machines to increase the productivity. To manage maintenance expense within granted budget. Maintaining documentation work related to ISO standard.
