Job Description:
- Salary 20K PM

- Fluent in English and computer operations
- Searching & DownlE-TendersTenders from E Portals.
- Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules
- Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender documents
- Preparation of Pre bid queries.
- Preparation of tender costing.
- Scrutiny of tender documents
- Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
- Preparation of Technical / Commercial Bid documents
- Pricing / Estimation / Costing (Preparation of Rate analysis)
- Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires
- Preparing bid submittals.
- Responsible for timely submission of tenders and it s follow for all the terms and conditions in the tender.
- Technical and Commercial evaluation of tenders and preparing the comparison reports.
- Preparation and submission of MIS on the tender to the top management.
- Responsible for Bids of enterprise and Government. Business verticals.
- Should be good in techno commercial and legal/Regulatory terms and conditions of RFPs / Tenders.
- Should have handled large and complex govt RFPs / Tenders.
- Coordination and technical knowledge is must.
- Understanding of Pricing aspects and chart out winning propositions.
- Online bid Submission.
- Organize email campaigns for different activities of the firm.
- Research and prepare prospect client database.
- Prepare functional & technical proposal against different inquiries
