Finance Manager

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be instrumental in leading our accounting and finance department. This pivotal position demands an individual with deep understanding of income tax law, government tax regulations, and the financial nuances of the real estate and civil engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will possess vast experience in financial management, team leadership, and the implementation of strategies to enhance financial performance and compliance, with a special emphasis on liaison abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to income tax law, GST, TDS, and other relevant government tax regulations. Utilize strong liaison skills to negotiate and communicate with tax advisors, regulatory bodies, and external auditors to optimize tax obligations and ensure compliance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Systems and Reporting: Implement and maintain sophisticated financial information systems to bolster data analysis, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Provide strategic financial insights and forecasts to senior management, aiding in business decisions and growth strategies. Manage cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting activities to sustain the company’s financial health.
