Purpose

To Carry out Maintenance activities at Plant-7, Jigani.

Reporting

AM/DM - Maintenance.

Age

23~ 28 Yrs.

       Qualification

Diploma/BE in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

Experience

2-4 yrs. (min) in Manufacturing/Automotive/Automotive components Industry with Rich Experience in Factory Automation Preferably in Robots and Gantry.

 Key Responsibilities

·        PLC Programming and Machine Interfacing for Automations.

·        Maintaining Automation Breakdowns at minimum level.

·        Effective planning and execution of preventive and predictive Maintenance of Automations.

·        Able to manage smooth and efficient operation of Automation functions in all Shifts.

·        Effective control of spares inventory and management.

·        Ensure all control documents are updated & abnormality countermeasures taken.

·        Ensure updation of ISO 14001 & IATF system records.

·        Co-coordinating with outside agencies for calibration & other repair activities.

·        To ensure the optimum utilization of resources

·        To reduce cost and increase Waste Management activities.

·        Ensure Zero machine related Defects in all process.

·        To ensure safety and security of the personnel while on job and maintain cleanliness in the shop floor.

·        Periodical review of Targets / Results of MTTR & MTBF and initiate counter measures in case of Targets not being met.

·        Ensure kaizen & cost reduction activities are done in the section with the total involvement of all the members of the section

·        Plan for multi skilling of subordinates.

·        Adopt best practices.

COMPETENCIES:

·        Proficiency in PLC Programming and SCADA.

·        Sound Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, and CNC controlled equipment’s maintenance activities.

·        Sound Knowledge in Robotic Automation systems in both electrical &mechanical aspects.

·        High level of Communication skills-oral and written          

·        Excellent Man Management skills

·        High level Management Skills.

·        Knowledge on IATF, EMS, EnMS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen.

·        Ability to motivate & train subordinates.

·        Knowledge of problem solving techniques.

·        Experience in relevant Engineering / Auto industry.
