- We need a candidate who is into online bidding portals rather than Data Mining.
- . Need to check for their bidding profiles of Upwork, Guru, Freelance, Pph, Elance, Linkedin etc on whichever platform they bid and need to check about their activity. For example; if they are using Upwork, we need to check their Upwork Activity asin total job posting, total hours etc (Check our upwork profile - https://www.upwork.com/agencies/aistechnolabs/).
- Need to check and ask for their monthly or quarterly targets, monthly lead generation and average revenue they generate monthly and entire details should be mentioned on HP in description properly.
- Need to check out with the candidate is he only into bidding and lead generation or he is involved in end to end sales, taking technical discussions with clients, taking discovery calls, going on to client calls and taking care of sales conversions and closures.
- We need a person who is smart enough to handle things and take responsibility and have strong exposure with bidding portals.
