Position:          Marketing Head

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:      4- 8 years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Managing the trade marketing budget as well as creating and carrying out the trade marketing plan in accordance with sales and marketing goals.
• Enhancing brand awareness and campaign implementation throughout the industry by achieving superiority in in-store strategy, execution, and monitoring in line with the yearly marketing objectives
• Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
• Developing and carrying out trade promotions and launching successful in-store campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and sales departments
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
• Making frequent trips to the points of sale to make sure the brand is recognized and that the rules are followed
• Create a calendar based on building sections for every activity.
• Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Regional Trade Marketing teams and Sales team
• Monitoring and keeping track of the activities using an appropriate tracking system

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English, net savvy, and adept at computer skills.
• Very good in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask, time management.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate + MBA - Marketing.

Salary: - Up to 7.20 LPA
