Job Description:

Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, organize, execute, and file a diverse range of commercial contracts and business-related documentation, such as master service agreements, vendor agreements, distributor agreements, brand partnership agreements, construction agreements, recruitment agreements, works contracts, NDAs, and statements of work.

Communication and Collaboration: Maintain constant communication and discussions with internal teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual positions and policies.

Compliance Research: Conduct research on compliance-related requirements for e-commerce entities and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters.

Contract Management: Manage contracts for multiple businesses, including standardization of contracts, templates, and operating procedures. Assess risks under contracts and propose appropriate mitigations.

Negotiation and Advisory: Negotiate contracts with clients across various jurisdictions and provide advisory assistance on general corporate matters. Assist with dispute resolution related to commercial contracts.

Legal Documentation: Draft legal notices, police complaints, and plaints. Assist the Senior Legal Head in activities associated with litigation.

Evidence Preparation and Liaison: Prepare evidence documents for submissions in courts and liaise with external points of contact if required to fulfill legal assignments or for litigation processes.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain MIS, status reports, and dashboards for all legal matters and litigations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting as required.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

LLB / LLM Graduate 
1+ years prior experience in corporate and commercial laws.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and computer skills.
Willingness to review a wide range of documents, agreements, and compliance requirements.
Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
