Position: Hospital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Hospital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities, to promote our hospital's services, enhance its reputation, and attract patients. You will collaborate closely with hospital administration, physicians, and staff to ensure alignment with the hospital's objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Integrated Marketing Strategies:

    • Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that combine ATL (mass media advertising such as TV, radio, and outdoor) and BTL (targeted, personalized marketing including events, direct mail, and sponsorships) tactics to maximize reach and impact.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels to effectively reach diverse audiences and drive patient engagement.
  3. Physician Relationship Management:

    • Collaborate with physicians to leverage their expertise in ATL campaigns (such as testimonials in TV or radio ads) and BTL activities (such as physician-led seminars or webinars).
  4. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

    • Manage the hospital's website, social media, and digital advertising strategies to optimize online presence and engagement.
  5. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across ATL and BTL initiatives, reinforcing the hospital's values and unique offerings.
  6. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify ATL and BTL opportunities, refine targeting strategies, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  7. Community Engagement:

    • Develop ATL and BTL partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and local media to enhance the hospital's visibility and reputation.
  8. Event Coordination and Sponsorships:

    • Organize ATL events (such as health expos or charity galas) and BTL activities (such as health screenings or workshops) to drive community engagement and patient referrals.
  9. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for ATL and BTL initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
  10. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ATL and BTL campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Minimum 3 years of hospital marketing experience
