Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable from agent partners, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collection efforts.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to agent bookings and payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agent partners, providing support and resolving payment inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with hotel suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payment processing for bookings and commissions.
- Review creditor invoices from the hotel industry, reconcile statements, and prioritize payments based on contractual agreements and cash flow.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis related to debtor and creditor management for management review.
