Position: HR Coordinator On OBOX HR Solutions Payroll

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Time: 10 AM – 7 PM

Work Mode: Work from office

Location: HSR, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Managing full recruitment life cycle coordination.
  2. Preparing job description as per the requirement and job posting on various jobs portals.
  3. Designing and implementing the actions for specific hiring as per the organization needs.
  4. Issuing the Offer letter and Appointment letter and taking care of all the related documentation for an employee on-boarding, Confirmation letters, Resignation acceptance, and experience letters.
  5. Coordination with Payroll for the salary smooth-flow every month.
  6. Employee Engagement Activities.
  7. Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory.
