Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of HR Administrator for one of our reputed clients at Borivali (W)Mumbai.

The main purpose of the job:

To recruit and engage the employees of the organization, along with the management of the
infrastructure

Key responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization’s staffing needs are met
  •  Place job advertisements, associate with recruitment agencies, and manage the entire recruitment process to meet the recruitment plan and budget
  •  Prepare and optimise job descriptions as per the required roles and changing dynamics of the organization's requirements
  •  Conduct a search for candidates through references or job portals and shortlist for the required roles as per the plan
  •  Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests
  •  Maintain employee documentation and records in various stages of their employee lifecycle in the organization
  •  Develop and implement an induction and training plan to ensure that the employees’ skills are developed to be able to manage their responsibilities with competence
  •  Develop and implement compensation and reward policies which ensure that the organization is able to attract and retain the required talent
  •  Manage the leaves and attendance of the employees with respect to disbursing their monthly salaries on time
  •  Manage the administration of office with regard to the infrastructure, vendors and the office help staff
  •  Create and manage a budget for maintenance of the office and also for stationary and other official purposes

Qualification: Postgraduate in HR / Graduate (preferred in BMS)

Experience: 2 to 5 years (preferred industry: real estate)
