Position – Associate-Business Intelligence
Location – BKC
Working days – 5 days
Time – 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Salary- Basis caliber and experience

Core Job Responsibilities:

Analysis:

• Experience using analytical techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate various data sets and develop integrated business analyses for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Work closely with business to understand their data needs and develop solutions to influence the business.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns and Interpret data which helps business in critical decisions.
• Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders, implement improvements and develop actionable recommendations to business
• Achieving fine balance between analytic output and implementation hurdles
• Present findings to senior leadership to drive business decisions

Project Management:

• Leading cross functional critical projects which involve collaboration with all stakeholders and document all business requirements to support automation efforts /improvements.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements establishing project budget.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties.
• Identify, plan and implement process improvements to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity resulting in customer satisfaction
• Conduct reviews to assess the project outcomes and identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvements.
• Work closely with IT to ensure they are equipped with the right directions and guidance to execute the project within agreed timelines
