Position: Jr. Networking Support Engineer
Location: Vapi
Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Responsibilities:

Providing remote support on the Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.

Helping out customers with the installation and setup of Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Handle all the technical related query of the client and provide them on time support.
Required Skills:
- Good communications

Should we well versed with the technical concepts of Layer-2 Networking related features.

Should have knowledge of VLANs, Switching, SubNet Masking.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Electronic
Salary :- Upto 2.16 LPA
