Position – Pre-Sales Executive

 

Location - Mulund

 

Working days - 6 days a week (Weekend mandatorily working) and 1 work off during weekday (between Mon to Thurs)

 

Working time - 10am to 7pm (9 hours shift)

 

Key Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to generate leads by cold calling. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services.

The candidate must have a basic understanding of real estate and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Good communication skills
  • Capable to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Efficiently handle objections and good selling skills
  • Cold call potential clients
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirement
  • Persuade the customer to meet our sales managers
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Handle customer queries through channels like Web, Newspaper etc.
  • Handle existing customer and invite for site visit
  • Able to handle sales over the call
  • Co-ordinate with Site Managers for revisits

 

It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd payroll.
