Responsibilities:

1. Customer Development: Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, real estate agents, corporate banks, and redevelopment societies in the designated area.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads, leveraging various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
4. Target Achievement: Strive to achieve a monthly sales target of 50 lakh INR through proactive sales efforts and client engagement.
5. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the designated supervisors, Division In-charge and the Director.
6. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or banking sector.
2. Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
3. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully.
4. Target Orientation: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
6. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Mumbai area and its business landscape is preferred.
