Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural and structural elements of projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure BIM models align with project requirements.
Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and reports based on BIM models.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to BIM technology.
Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the firm.
Proven experience as a BIM Technician in the architecture and structural disciplines.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of architectural and structural design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Familiarity with sustainability principles and LEED certification is a plus.
Education: Diploma degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience
Salary: 3 To 5 LPA
