Position : Tele Caller

A telecaller, or telephone sales representative, is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of promoting or selling products or services.
Their job involves explaining product features, answering questions, and persuading individuals to make purchases or appointments.
Telecallers also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries or complaints, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Effective communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach are important for success in this role.
Education : Any Graduate with good COMM Skills .
