Position: Estimation Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/E&I)
Job Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 5-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation Engineering:
- Understand tender requirements, scope, and work limits outlined in Tender Documents.
- Compile detailed queries for clarification on ambiguous or missing information.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
- Clarify queries with the customer through documented communication.
- Develop execution strategies and identify subcontracted work.
- Prepare comprehensive BOQs and accurate cost estimations.
- Collaborate with Planning Staff to schedule resources.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in post-bid clarifications.
- Contribute to the improvement of the company's bidding system.
- Ensure authenticity and update of costing data provided by various departments.
