Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
 Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for our products/services.
 Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling, to generate leads.
2. Prospect Qualification:
 Engage with leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as qualified prospects.
 Collaborate with senior sales representatives to gather additional information for effective lead qualification.
3. Sales Outreach:
 Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate conversations with potential customers.
 Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects and create interest in further discussions.
4. CRM Management:
 Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
 Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding lead progress.
5. Collaboration:
 Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on lead generation strategies.
 Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation activities with overall marketing campaigns.
6. Learning and Development:
 Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
 Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
