Job Description:

Position:          Maintenance Engineer (Instrumentation)

Location:         Daman

Experience:      5 - 8 Years

Industries:       FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Instrumentation Installation: Install, configure, and calibrate a wide range of instrumentation devices such as flow meters, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, level sensors, and analytical instruments.
• Control Systems: Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to ensure accurate and reliable plant control.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
• Calibration and Validation: Regularly calibrate and validate instrumentation equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems to minimize production interruptions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data collected from instrumentation systems to identify trends and areas for improvement in plant performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of instrumentation maintenance activities, calibration logs, and equipment manuals.
•  Safety Compliance: Ensure that all instrumentation systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Training: Provide training to plant operators and technicians on the proper use and maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

 Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech – Electronics/Instrumentation
