Job Description:
Telecalling:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our transportation services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving complaints or issues.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company's growth.
GST Executive:
- Assist in GST compliance activities including registration, filing returns, and maintaining records as per regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on GST laws, rules, and regulations to ensure adherence and compliance.
- Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
- Respond to GST-related queries from internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounting team to reconcile GST transactions and resolve discrepancies.
