Sofware development and enhencement.
Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.                                                 

*Managerial                                                                                                                                   

Supervision and development of all software and server machines.
Coordinate with all users to improve systems with help of HOD.
Regular software upgradation with latest technology and testing.                                                              *Training                                                                                                                                                        

  Train staff about new and potential use of the IT systems.
Providing user training on various new business applications and technology to enhence their performance and support on request.                                                                                                                       

*Vendor Management                                                                                                                               

Approve and handle IT vendors used by the organization, AMC, Support agreements, revies meetings.                                                                    

 *Team Leader                                                                                                                                     

 Lead the IT teams at oraganization which comprises of the hardware, networking, software specialist. Provide proper environment to team members to grow and develope there various skills.
