Job Description:
Position: Sr. Manager/AGM - PPIC
Location: Daman
Experience: 15 – 20 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Person will play a pivotal role in ensuring streamlined production planning and inventory control processes for the Pharma Machine Manufacturing, Fabrication and Tool shop operations.
- Production Planning: Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and minimize wastage.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
- Process Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions for enhanced productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the PPIC team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and inventory levels.
Required Skills
