Job Description:

On-boarding process-

Has been taking care of On-boarding process like background verification medical check, induction and organizational announcement.

Orientation and introducing the employee to all the departments.

Payroll Processing:

Staff salary preparation in Payroll Management System.

Co-ordinate with the bank employees to open salary accounts for new recruits. And credit of salary in time.

Preparing MIS report. Updating and maintaining HR database & personal files of all employees. Monitor timely update of personal records (Personal Details, Position, and Salary, Appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).

 

Statutory Compliance:

 

Doing All statutory like PF and ESIC, and other Factory Related Compliance.

 

Employee relations/Grievance Handling:

Handling all the queries related to leave, salary &expenses, PF issues, attendances and reimbursements.

Interacting with employee’s regular basic to be informed about their concern and queries. Counseling employees on various issues such as salary break up Hr policies etc.

 

Time office Management:

Look after time office function and its operations.

Check daily attendance, absenteeism & maintain in and out of employee in line with the gate keeper.

Full &Final Settlement of Employees:

Processing the full and final settlement of resigned and Superannuated employees and submitting it to the finance departments for further processing.

Conduct Exit Formalities.

Ensuring timely processing of F&F and issue of the relieving and Experience letter.

Safety:

Regular Check up of First aid box. Conduct monthly safety reviews meetings. Conduct fire mock drill.

Report Sending:

Send weekly and monthly report to reporting manager and also to corporate Hr. Send monthly MIS report and HR review to senior management.

Monthly report on attrition and Talent Acquisition

Administrations:

Ensuring good services standards achieved in staff areas and facilities, such as cleanness and tidiness in workstations, restrooms, pantry areas, and canteen areas.

Ensuring excellent office maintenance including upkeep of telephones, fax and copier. Issue ID cards, Visiting Card etc.

Transport, Canteen, Hospital, Housekeeping, Mobile Bills and other service bill checking. Maintain and update personal records of all workers and staffs.

Book Rail/ Air ticket and coordinate with hotel booking.

Organize annual picnic, Birthday celebration of employees. Farewell and organize sports activities. Maintenance of site office, guest house and vehicle continuously.

Address all benefits and other Hr related items and services as a liaison to the corporate Hr team to ensure each issue is taken care of in a timely manner.

Employee Accommodation management and making lease and license agreement with the landlords accordingly.

 

Generalist Activities-

 

Issuing Offer Letters, Joining Dates, Appointment Letters and assisting the employees with HR letters.

Prepare and maintain the trackers for On-Boarding and personnel details and present it to the Management on Weekly, Monthly and Annually.

Leave records and attendance records maintenance in excel daily. Arranging all personal files of employees and maintaining the master data. Liaison with various vendors for office supply.

Employee Engagement Activities –

Fun work on the floor, floor walks, birthday celebrations, sending birthday mails, festivals and quiz activities.

Industrial Relation –

Develop labour Policies as per instruction of Management. Handel Grievance procedure.

Manage dispute resolutions involving unions,managements,employees and government agencies. Ensure the HR Staffs is knowledgeable about contract compliance.

Advise management on contract negotiations and similar management union relations.

Closely monitoring the union activities and active participation on on different disputes related to workers.

Actively participation on Long Term Settlement in between Managements and workers.

Works closely with employee groups and collects feedback from the employees through various communication programs and shares feedback with manager and work on the feedback.

Redressing employee issues and communicating the same to senior management.

 

Contract Labour Management-

 

Daily Tracking of Contract Labour from our Punching machine.

Report downloading from system and verifying with the Representative of Contractor attendance.

Responsible for contractor documents signature and coordinating for issuing of Gate Pass.

Monthly verifying the attendance from system along with the attendance of Contractor for finalizing the bill.

Looking after the benefits for deployed contract labour.

Verifying the PF ,ESIC, and other Statutory records of contractor.
