Job Description:

We seek an accomplished IT Head to assume responsibility for overseeing all
Information Technology (IT) operations within our company. In this role, you will
lead a team of IT executives directing the organization's technology operations and
spearheading the introduction of new IT systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
 Operations Oversight: Supervise and align technology operations with goals.
 Policy Development: Formulate IT policies to support strategies.
 Requirements Analysis: Assess departmental technology needs.
 Procurement: Purchase efficient equipment and software.
 Functionality Inspection: Ensure equipment and software functionality.
 Upgrade Identification: Identify and report system upgrade needs.
 Team Coordination: Guide IT managers and professionals.
 Vendor Relationship: Build cost-efficient vendor relationships.
 Management of Internet Service Providers’ vendors
 Negotiating with Microsoft authorities for implementation of D360, O365, and Email Id licenses
 Deployment Management: Manage user end-point environment deployment.
 Continuous Improvement: Drive IT best practices adoption.
 Resource Coordination: Coordinate software and hardware upgrades.
 Budget Management: Develop and manage IT budgets.
 Communication: Communicate technology changes effectively.
 Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee cloud infrastructure management.
 Office Setup: Assist in new office setup.
 Policy Development: Implement IT policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
 Demonstrated Expertise: Possesses a proven track record in IT management or similar capacities.
 Extensive Management Experience: Brings to the table a minimum of 10-15 years of managerial
experience within the realm of IT, ideally within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Hospitality
sectors.
 Proficiency in IT Systems Analysis: Holds expertise in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT
systems along with their specifications.
 Comprehensive Knowledge: Demonstrates a solid understanding of computer systems
encompassing hardware, software, networks, and related technologies.
 Financial Management Acumen: Exhibits proficiency in overseeing and managing information
technology budgets.
 Exceptional Organizational and Leadership Skills: Displays outstanding capabilities in organization
and leadership, essential for steering IT operations effectively.
 Superior Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication abilities, facilitating seamless
interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
 Technical Proficiency: Brings to bear expertise in the implementation, configuration, and testing of
IT solutions, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
